The production begins with the Andal Kautvam and verses from the Nachiyar Tirumozhi where Andal imagines lord Krishna to be her groom. This is followed by a Varnam in Raga Charukeshi\, by Lalgudi Jayaraman\, where the journey of a Gopika to self realisation through her longing for Krishna is expressed. Madumeikkum kanne\, a tamil folk song that is a conversation between Yashoda and little krishna follows the Varnam. Krishna wants to go out to tend the cows and Yashoda is trying to convince him that he’s too small to do that. Lalita Lavanga\, an Ashtapadi where the sakhi tells Radha to let go of her anger and go to krishna is the next composition in the production. Kali\, Devi and Durga are the forms of goddess Parvati that represent strength and power. In most cultures\, the representation of power is always held within a male form\, but the goddesses in the Hindu pantheon carry the metaphor for courage amongst various other essential aspects of life. Knowledge & creation\, wealth\, nourishment and sustenance\, strength\, power\, art\, beauty\, grace and kindness are all represented by the many goddesses.
