Ruks Wellness and One Ocean One Love come together to bring you a week-long Wellness Retreat in the Maldives this April 2025!
Set in a serene island, this retreat is designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Through various movement, meditation and connection practices with Rukmini Vijayakumar, and diving and snorkeling experiences with Anup J Kat, the retreat aims to create a truly integrated wellness experience. 🪷🌊
