May 6, 2025 @ 12:00 am

This three-month module will introduce students to the Raadha Kalpa Method, a structured approach to Bharatanatyam that focuses on alignment, strength, and aesthetic clarity. Over the course of 12 live-streamed sessions, students will refine their technique, develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, and learn how to engage the right muscles to enhance their Bharatanatyam practice.

The module will cover all the basic Adavus through the Raadha Kalpa system of teaching, which is designed to help dancers realign their bodies, prevent injury, and move with greater efficiency. This method enables students to recognize and engage the correct muscle groups necessary for stability and control in Bharatanatyam. Through this process, they will develop strength and stamina, eliminate unnecessary movement, and refine their aesthetic clarity.

In the online sessions, there will be one-on-one attention from Rukmini, ensuring that students receive personalized guidance. The program will also utilize the Raadha Kalpa Method online platform as a supplement to the education, providing students with structured videos and practice material to enhance their learning.

This module is ideal for dancers looking to refine their foundation, correct misalignments, and strengthen their Bharatanatyam practice through a structured and scientific pedagogical approach. Admissions are limited, ensuring that each student receives focused attention.
